Here at Glamma Creates, we take pride in detailed inspection, creating, and packaging of your orders. For this reason we unfortunately do not allow any refunds or exchanges after you have purchased your product. If you have any concerns about the product ordered please contact us at glammacreationsbusiness@gmail.com
Shipping fees are not refunded if the order has shipped.
Shipment Policy
Glamma creates is not responsible if your shipment becomes lost during transit. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address, if there is an error with the address and your shipment becomes lost in transit it is not Glamma Create’s responsibility. We advise you to double check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your shipment becomes held in customs it is not Glamma Create’s fault or responsibility. We do our due diligence and provide the utmost care with your orders when providing them to the shipment carrier once it has been handed over to the shipment carrier Glamma Creates is no longer held responsible for any lost orders or any orders held in customs.
Domestic orders take 2-3 business days to ship and 5-7 business days to deliver. International orders take 2-3 business days to ship and 7-21 business days to deliver. During the Holiday Rush International orders can take 4-9 weeks to deliver.
